What do I need to do to prepare for an energy healing?
You need to have an open mind and allow the energy to run through you. Once you place your order, just say outloud... "I accept the distant healing energy that Temperance will be sending to me!"
I live outside the United States. Can I receive an energy healing?
Absolutely! Energy does not care what part of the world you live in. That is the beauty of distant healing energy... it finds you because the entire Universe is made up of energy!
How long does it take before the energy is sent?
All distant healing energy sessions are completed within 48 hours.
Can I order an energy healing for someone else?
Absolutely! Please have their permission or if they are close to crossing over, let me know. I have worked with many who are close to crossing to help them ease the pain and make the transition easier.
Will the energy healing hurt?
Of course not. Each person varies as to what they feel. Some feel nothing at all and others have amazing experiences. For those who have received more than 1 session with me, each time is different for them.
What is the minimum age of receiving healing energy?
There is not a minimum age.
How does this work?
As a distant healing energy worker, I align myself with the Universe and allow the energy to work THROUGH ME. I am either holding your name and location or photo, or both when this connection is made.
How long does it take to notice a change?
It varies on each person. Some feel it instantly and others it may take weeks.
What method of energy healing do you use?
I do not label the energy that moves thru me. I am not using a specific method such as Reiki, Qi Gong, Yuen. I do what feels right at the time. It is more of a natural happening for me. I really feel the energy the most in the palm of my hands. They feel "energized" and very warm.
Do I have to send a picture?
You do not have to send a picture via email, but it is helpful. Just another method for me to connect with you.
What did you work on during the energy healing session?
I do not work on specific areas. The energy you are receiving finds the areas that need it most. I visualize your whole "self" as the source of receiving. You may think the pain is in your tooth, when really the pain is in your sinus area.
How often can I receive an energy healing session?
You will know when you need a distant healing energy session again. My spiritual friends tend to receive the mini energy booster shots weekly because they are dealing with so many types of people and talking with them. I have others that get a boost monthly or bi-yearly. It is your option and when YOU feel you need it!
What if I do not believe in GOD?
I do not need to know your belief system. That is your own private information.
Do I need to continue seeing a doctor after I receive an energy session?
I never ask you to cancel any doctor appointments nor claim the distant healing energy is a substitute for medical advice!
Can you send me TOO MUCH energy?
Absolutely NOT! Your body knows how much energy is needed.
Do you offer phone or in-person energy healing sessions?
Sorry but no. My own method of doing this type of work requires me to be quietly with myself, focused on the energy and connecting with the Universe.
