All her life, she did not feel as if her name fit her. At 38 years old, the new name emerged. She chose TEMPERANCE as her spiritual name and will eventually make it official on paper.

I have had many careers or jobs, if you will, over my life. I seem to always find my way back home to the spiritual side. At 40 years old, I knew it was time to dedicate my life to my one true passion and purpose in life... energy healing. As I counseled many telling them to do what they feel in their heart, go after their dreams and live their "true" life... I was not following the same advice. I had to clear out many things and people in order to get down deep into my soul and step out into the FAITH that I was making the right choice.
This website comes from the FAITH and making the right choice. As I continue to grow and "listen" to the Universe, more will emerge and I will be ready.
There is no particular style or method of energy healing that I use. I do what I FEEL is right, allow the Universe to work THRU me and into you. Sometimes it takes a split second, others times a length of time. I may be standing fully alert, or I may be sitting in lotus position meditating.
I consider myself a very normal person with normal issues just like everyone else. I just have tapped into my natural abilities and KNOW what a BLESSING it is to be the middle person between the Universe/GOD and you.
I have always been an empath, psychic, and very sensitive even as young as two I remember events that happened. I am not a "religious" person. At a later time in my life, it was discovered by me the difference between religion and spirituality. I AM and I BELIEVE. I have a combination of scientific and metaphysical in me. What a mixture!
My other passions are helping others, reading interesting information, gaining knowledge, sunsets, walking barefoot on the beach, writing, internet, dreaming, goal setting, connecting with like minded people, animals, babies, travelling, warm places such as South Florida, Caribbean Islands, and much more! Surrounding myself with the sand, water and sun is very therapeutic and meditative that my body craves.
